My fiancé and I currently live in Southern California, and we just welcomed our newborn daughter. Everyone in real estate is trying to get as much money out of the buyer as possible. Curtis is a breath of fresh air. He really cares about his clients and fights for what is fair. It is worth every penny to have someone on your side making sure things are done right. I had a situation where the builder built a different kitchen layout (literally cutting corners and cabinet space) and refused to fix it or acknowledge any wrongdoing. The builder told me they would let me out of the contract and relist for 10k higher. It was shady and devastating- just weeks away from moving in. Curtis fought with the builder multiple times on the phone and in person. Eventually the builder agreed to give a monetary compensation for the mistake. I was very glad to have Curtis’ knowledge of the new construction process and his sharp negotiating skills. There is no doubt I would hire Curtis again.

Curtis is what we call a professional who goes above and beyond to help! We spoke on a video call after I stumbled across his video on YouTube describing Idaho and answering questions for anyone who was considering moving there. I was just about sold on the idea of moving to Idaho but I had to go visit and check out the area to be sure. So several weeks later we landed in Boise. Short version: Curtis is excellent and we would pick him again to be our realtor! Long version: We saw Curtis on his YouTube channel and learned about his services, real estate knowledge, and of Idaho in general. It’s hard picking a realtor out of the blue, but we liked that Curtis has a construction management degree and background since we wanted a new built home. Curtis certainly knows a lot about new homes and this came in handy multiple times throughout our build. We had a few rough experiences with our builder and Curtis was up to bat for us each time. He’s professional and accountable. We also appreciate his low pressure approach in the search for the right home. Even after closing, Curtis has worked through our punch list with the builder.
